PERSONAL TRAINING
Clientele is observed and taken through the most effective weight training programs to help them quickly achieve their goals. We look for body imbalances to prevent injuries and push each client to their full potential. Each client is given proper nutrition guide to help them lose weight, or accelerate in athletic performance. With a fun, challenging, and understanding of each individual, Functional Fitness NW is perfect for everyone.
GROUP TRAINING
Available a number of times throughout the week. These 60 minute classes are highly intensive and focus on big muscle movements as well as muscular conditioning. A fun, positive, and encouraging atmosphere that will have you feeling great about yourself. All fitness levels are welcome, with the workouts adjusted to the individuals abilities. Private group training sessions are available upon request.

Monday: 9:30am, 6pm
Tuesday: 5pm
Wednesday: 6pm
Thursday: 9am
Saturday: 8am, 10am
CORPORATE/WORKPLACE TRAINING
Small group training is available for businesses that want to provide a healthy, fit atmosphere for their employees. These 60 minute workouts are available onsite or at Functional Fitness NW. Contact for details.
